With our contract management module, you can record all relevant data protection contracts and manage the contract lifecycle.
Contracts can be assigned directly to individual companies. After entering the contracts, you can also create links to processing activities and thus document transfer guarantees, for example.
Individual signatures can be recorded for each contract that has been created in the Privacy Suite. The signature status of the individual contracts is updated automatically. For example, all contracts for which the necessary signatures are available are automatically marked as fully signed.
